La Casetta di Emma - 2 bedrooms, 2 terraces, in a typical village

“La Casetta di Emma” – Villa Faraldi.
For 3 people, with 2 bedrooms and terraces. On two levels.

The house is located in a typical ligurian village, Villa Faraldi, about 7 km from the seaside. A car is needed.
Closest beaches are 8 km away, in San Bartolomeo al Mare (pebble beach).
More beaches in the near villages of Cervo (rock and pebble beach) and Diano Marina (sandy beach)

There is not a private parking place, but there are many free parkings in the close surroundings. The closest parking is 50 meters from property entrance.
To reach the house, from this parking there is a short downhill walk (50 meters, slight downhill, with some steps – typical Ligurian pedestrian path)


Ground floor:
- living room, with 2 armchairs and a sofa, Satellite TV. From the living room you can access a terrace with table, chairs and umbrella.
- Well-equipped kitchen, with dining table, oven, cooktop, basin, Moka coffee maker, fridge.
- small storage room with a small freezer.
- bathroom with shower, washing machine, washbasin, toilet, bidet.

First floor:
- a bedroom with single bed and desk.
- a bedroom with double bed, Satellite TV, exit to terrace.
- terrace with 2 sun loungers.

The house has a third external area (yellow table and chairs): this area is just in front of the main door, in a shared area with the neighboring houses (access in common).




Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
