"Room service needs to learn to not touch peoples personal property. We came in not knowing they came in and found out that the cleaning lady had messed with our jumping spider enclosure. The lady must have freaked out and closed our spider in the door and smashed him. We let the other staff know and they called us a liar by saying they confirmed with room service that they didn’t do it. Y’all lucky I didn’t walk in on this happening."

"My sisters, my niece, and I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn! The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and the management was amazing. Everyone welcomed us with smiling faces and was so kind and helpful.
One evening, they ran out of our favorite tea, and they took care of it right away by going out and getting more for us. That was so thoughtful and kind! They were the sweetest people and made our stay extra special.
Thank you for your...
