"Full breakfast.Direct Tv and refrigerator in room. Pool and hot tub on site. Front desk staff accommodating. Nice location with easy parking. Allowed us an early check in and late check out. On the flip side, hallway and room carpets are in need of deep cleaning. "

I contacted the front desk and called four separate times. Each time, I was told the housekeeper was unavailable and that I should call back in 30 minutes. "Room entrance door had a very strong closer, and did not have a way to hold it open. As this was a handicap room, it made it very difficult to get our luggage and ourselves into the room without being “knocked over” by the door. This could result in a personal injury.
