Ca l'Andorrà Country House with Garden, Shared Pool, and Wi-Fi

Important notice: The lobby and outdoor areas (garden, barbecue, pool, multi-use court, and changing room) are shared with guests of the neighboring Petit Ca l'Andorrà studio.



Located in peaceful Vila-sana, Ca l'Andorrà is a spacious country house for families and groups of up to 9 people seeking to relax in Lleida. Spread over 2 floors, it features a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms (one in the garden), a large terrace, and a balcony. Amenities include Wi-Fi, 2 TVs (one in the lobby), washing machine, books, board games, a crib, and 2 high chairs. There are fans, but no air conditioning. The fireplace is decorative and not functional. You will share the garden, barbecue, pool (open from June 22 to September 1, 9:00 to 22:00), multi-use court, and changing room with guests from Petit Ca l'Andorrà. The host family lives in a separate unit with its own entrance and no shared spaces. Nearby, you can visit Estany d'Ivars i Vila-sana. There are restaurants, shops, and an equestrian club close by. You have 4 parking spaces on the property and free street parking. The host can provide contacts for services such as breakfasts, transfers, guided tours, and horseback riding, available for an extra fee.



Rules: No pets, smoking, parties, or events. Violating the no-smoking rule, especially leaving cigarette butts, may result in an additional cleaning fee. Quiet hours from 22:00. No speakers or music audible from outside, or inside at any time. Groups with guests under 25 are not accepted. You must separate and dispose of waste. Bed linen and towels are provided at the start of your stay, with no changes. Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 12:00 unless agreed otherwise, which may incur an extra fee. If the maximum capacity of either unit is exceeded, whether for overnight stays or day visits only, an additional supplement will apply.
