This two-bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor of a historically renovated building with attention to detail, offers the perfect balance between 19th-century architectural heritage and a contemporary living space designed to accommodate up to 4 people with complete comfort.



With a calm and luminous atmosphere, the accommodation consists of two cosy bedrooms, an elegant bathroom, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The aesthetic is serene and timeless, marked by simple lines, natural materials and a soft palette that conveys lightness. The environment is enhanced with high-speed internet, television with international channels and air conditioning to ensure well-being in any season of the year.



Beyond the inner experience, guests have access to common outdoor areas and a swimming pool installed on the top of the rear building — a unique space to relax and enjoy the sun. However, given access only by open stairs, this space is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or small children.

Parking in front of the accommodation is paid, but there is free parking about 50 metres away. We also inform you that, as works are being carried out in the adjacent building, there may be noise during the day, within legal hours, which we regret. If you have any specific doubt or expectation, we are entirely available to help.



Breakfast is available at an additional cost of €12 per day/person, to be paid directly at the property.

Please note that breakfast is not served on-site, but at a partner hotel 800 metres from the property, between 7am and 12pm. Continental breakfast and buffet.



Important Note - Mandatory Online Check-in



According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679), Law No. 23/2007 and Decree-Law No. 128/2014, Online Check-in is mandatory for public safety reasons before entering the accommodation.



This process may request:

Image of the identity document and/or a photograph of all guests;

Details of a valid credit card (for potential deposit, as indicated in the booking).



The incomplete non-filling invalidates the check-in and prevents access to the accommodation.



Check-in: Every day, from 4:00 PM

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM



This is a fully remote check-in accommodation. If the Online Check-in is not completed, it will not be possible to access the accommodation until regularisation. If the movement of a My Choice collaborator is required for in-person check-in, the following rates apply:

40 € from 16:00 to 00:00

60 € from 00:00 to 02:00



Outside of these hours, no travel will be made, and access will only be possible the following day from 10:00 am, subject to compliance with the initially described rules.
