￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms with double beds.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a bathroom with a bath and shower.

￫ Living Room
The living room has a flat-screen TV, an inviting balcony overlooking the mountains and a dining table.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ Garden
The house has a quiet, relaxing garden with dining area, barbecue and splendid views.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ Crib is available on request and subject to an extra fee of 25€.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ The self-check-in (electronic lockbox) starts at 16h00. Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ In order to ensure your safety and in accordance with Covid-19 best practices, our properties are always cleaned by a professional cleaning service.
￫ For reservations equal or longer than 28 nights, the property bills are included up to 150€. Exceeding amounts will be charged separately.
￫ Please note that charging cars on the property is not allowed, as it may cause damage to both the car and the house. In case of non-compliance, any incurred costs will be charged to the guests.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance. (Extra fee)


CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.


OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€/week).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential area, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
- Please note that charging cars on the property is not allowed, as it may cause damage to both the car and the house. In case of non-compliance, any incurred costs will be charged to the guests.
