"Place is ideal for getting to center of city quickly. Little noisy on corner to sleep but overall suitable for what we wanted. Property manager was super super supportive and helpful right from the beginning whish was a huge blessing!!! We stayed 4 nights which was most of our week in the Azores. Good place to get a feel for the area!"

"The place is lovely, and the beds / matraces are old and a bit uncomfortable. We had a corcroach in the shower and no chance that the washing or toweks woukd dry due to most weather. We still liked it. "

"This home is beautifully decorated and a great highend feel away from home. All of the amenities were great & the home is kept clean. The host was great with communication. My only negative is that the area outside the home has limited dining options other than at small place across the street that closes at 6pm 4 days a week and is more a yummy breakfast or lunch spot (also with kind owners). Also there is no Uber on the island, only Bolt and it's new so it may be hard at times to get drivers...

"Our visit to Ponta Delgada was very memorable. Pedro met us at the house for check in and his communication was excellent. Pedro surprised us by providing several cold waters, local fruits, beer, wine and juices and snacks for the kids. This was a great surprise especially as we had a day and night of travel. "The property met all of the needs of our multi generational family. Great location easy to walk or drive anywhere we wanted to go to! I would highly recommend this location to anyone travelli ng to Sao Miguel. Easy place to get to from the airport and puts you right in the center of the island. Ribiera Grande is the bees knees!!!!"

"The view was beautiful and we enjoyed walking to 4 Platanos restaurant for dinner. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. The patio was perfect for eating breakfast and stargazing in comfortable seats. There was plenty of street parking in front of the building. We would definitely stay there again. "
