The house has an open plan design, very light and airy with 3 double sets of patio doors leading to terrace and garden. Enjoys a nice relaxing view of fields and countryside. There is a secluded BBQ area, with hammock and large BBQ.
The house is situated at the end of the village in walking distance from both village beaches approximately 2.5 kilometres away. There are parking spaces next to the house.
Figueira is close to many south coast beaches and also 15 minutes drive from the west coast beaches.
The Villa is situated at the end of the village enjoying lovely country views to the west, and close to all amenities.A track passes to the north side where donkey and cart can sometimes be seen passing next to the house!
