"We stayed with our 5 month old baby and it was perfect. Loved the whole experience - the apartment was modern, very new and clean, with a minimalist design that felt homey, all the amenities were so stylish and thoughtful (the washer-dryer was super efficient and not too loud). good soundproofing in the bathrooms too so no issue about waking baby up. Super spacious, which was great - really felt like home for a week. The staff were very responsive and reliable. Location was wonderful, off a...

"The place was clean and had everything we needed except where to hang towels that’s the only thing we couldn’t figure out, thank you!!"

"One of the most affordable hotels we stayed at during our trip to the Japan and SUPER worth it!! Room is condo style so it came with kitchen area, washer/dryer and a little living room area. Walking distance from train stations, street shops and restaurants but the hotel itself is near a quieter street. Definitely recommend this hotel. All hotels we stayed at were clean and welcoming :)"

"Very clean. Staff was SOOO helpful and polite. Great stay for english speakers. Location is perfect for experiencing the city, Ueno park, Ameyoko market."

"Recepção, atendimento, café da manhã… sorrisos no rosto de todos os colaboradores. Top!!!"

"Great place for our Family of four for exploring the East side of Tokyo. We loved the room layout with sofas and a big table. The Washingmashines on the entrancefloor worked perfectly. Also loved the view of the city. Some room for improvement: The matresses in the bunkbed were very thin and therefore hard. We were on the eight floor but there were still alot of noice from traffic, almost like the windows were wide open. Also, it would be great if the closets had shelves and more hangers. I...

"Great location and it's new and clean."

"This small hotel has 2 unit on each floor in a quiet neighbourhood, steps away from main route. Lobby is very small and the amenities are limited. However, the room size is good and we can open luggages with no problem. Staff was helpful for keeping our luggages in lobby before check-in completed which ended up delivered to our room since we were rushing out for dinner with booking. One thing I was surprised due to we ended up adding 1 more person on top of original booking of 3 pax (room...

"O quarto é pequeno mas para estadias curtas é bom. A localização é excelente, próximo do metrô, restaurantes, lojas, farmacias. Os funcionarios muito atenciosos."

"Café da manhã adorável ! Quarto pequeno mas confortável . Próximo estação UENO . "

"If you are looking for a safe, convenient and accessible stay, this is the place. All the front of desk staff are friendly and up for a chat. I loved the energy of the accommodation and other travellers were just as kind. Brilliant brilliant stay!! The location is brilliant if you dont want to be in the thick of everything 24/7"

"Biggest pro of this hotel is the location. There’s a train station next door, and Kuramae is a charming and quiet place. A nice break from the hustle and bustle of main Tokyo City, whilst not being too far from anything (except maybe the Shibuya area, but nothing the train can’t take you to without needing to transfer). It’s also one-way to Haneda Airport, big plus! The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and understanding. The free pastries and coffee are pleasant. But if booking the twin room,...

"Café da manhã fora da propriedade, com pouquíssimas opções e limitado a um item por pessoa ( 1 bebida e 1 lanche ). Além disso, davam a entender que havia o banho japonês na unidade, coisa que não existia."
