Hotel itself was beautiful! Rooms were clean and the staff were professional. Just a small note to the staff: the bathroom we had in our room had an improperly fitted shower door. A lot of water leaks out. May I suggest installing a rubber seal on the glass edges to prevent water leaking out. It would surely improve guest experience. Thank you!

Had small issue in that room booked was super small and had to upgrade to junior suite at a cost. Junior suite was nice and spacious but didn’t have refrigerator as advertised. Had to ask staff to move one into room. Hotel advertises free WiFi in room but only location it works is in lobby. Breakfast was good.

Staff are accommodating 🤗 The place is just a walk away from the famous Calle Crisologo. Kalesa ride for tours and trikes are near the area as well. Bar Tech is a step away from the hotel so if ya'll want to have fun and drink the night away till 2am it would be very safe and convenient to walk back to the hotel after a fun night out.

受付嬢の英語がちょっと聞き取りにくかったですが、すぐに慣れました。 もう少し安ければ5つ星です。 Wifiは部屋の中は若干弱かったのでパティオのテーブルで喫煙しながら利用させていただきました。

Rooms too small. Corner room was cool but did not have WiFi access as it didn’t reach. No fridge was annoying. But property was cool location great, staff excellent

Pretty looking property, friendly staff and only a small walk to the town centre. But room had no mini fridge to store drinks and they need softer towels.

Stayed at this place for two nights and it was great! I love the room, cold and cozy altho I hope there is a tub that I can soak myself in but shower is good as well. Food is amazing, feels like "lutong bahay", love it! The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Crisologo street just walking distance. Can hear the noise in the hallway but not that bad. Overall had a great stay and definitely going back there again and will recommend the place!

Updated hotel grounds is well kept. I did have issues with WiFi in my room and around the grounds, but thankfully I had bought my own pocket WiFi. I appreciate that they have a laundry service and can call in a manicurist/pedicurist in your room. I stayed in second floor where many guests smoked on the veranda. Would be great to have that door closed off so that the cigarette smoke is not in the hallways. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this place again as it is close to Calle Crisologo.

Nice location, lovely hotel and friendly staff
Had a nice stay. The room is just fit for 2 persons, it's very clean and has a very comfy bed. Would need a bit of bathroom improvement coz the shower area's drain was so slow it floods a little. They served good breakfast. Location is literally only a few steps from Calle Crisologo. Such a lovely hotel overall.

not enough space to move around and the air condition blows straight towards our head and body. Breakfast is Ok. Disappointed that the basic room doesn't have an electric kettle, we paid $50.00 per night and it should come with electric kettle. Staff is OK. Room is OK too.

Restaurant a bit hit and miss but otherwise the hotel is a delight. Great location and the rooms very nice. Suggest paying a bit more and booking the Junior Suite which is not really a suite but being very little more is a just a bigger room. So called Deluxe Rooms are nice but very small. Would definately go back.

Not so clean but nice location
The hotel is nicely located in old quarter and very convenient for sightseeing. However the room did not have WiFi (it was only available in common area) and also cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing. (Dark stain on the towel, hair on the floor/bathroom and feces of gecko on walls and closet... ) The hotel staff was nice.

Nice hotel close to crisologo
Aside the weird smell in the room (if u are sensitive I don't recommend it, in my case I was tired so its ok) Which they fix by throwing vanilla essence and it kinda fix it. I don't have any other complain. The hotel is pretty, it is close to crisologo only like 3 to 5 minutes walk or less. The breakfast is good. Room: 4/5 due to smell (theres a windows so you can air it easily which I did, but I had to do it every single time I went to the room.) Location: 5/5 Food: 4/5 (With so many restaurant besides is hard to put more here hahahaha)

A charming place close to the center of the city
Nice courtyard, courteous staff. Food is decent. De luxe room is just right for couples but a bit tight for two people. Not a lot of counter space in the room and BR. Good for an overnight or two stay. We stayed for 5 nights and I really noticed the limited space. Another not so good is the sorrounding condition specially the old decrepit building across the tiny street at the front of the hotel. There is also a strong smell in one of the rooms so we had to request a different room. The staff however are GREAT!

An oasis in Vigan
Well managed, well appointed hotel that effortlessly blends in with the Vigan architecture. Clean and smart looking rooms,however the standard rooms are small so pay for a bigger one if you can. Stylish art and soothing classical music set the tone. The food is quite good too and service generally excellent. One of the best local hotels I have encountered in the Philippines. Generally I rate hotels around 3 and not infrequently 2 if they are messing things up. This one isn't five star in the international sense with a gym and pool, luxury throughout and hundreds of fawning staff, but its extremely pleasant and the owners/managers and staff deserve a lot of praise and a lot of customers. Hence 5 stars from me!

Overall a nice comfy stay.
The Wi-Fi is useless when you are inside the room so you have to go outside to have a strong internet connection. Linens and towels are needed to be replaced. The place is spot-on no doubt about it. The rooms are good and so is the hotel. Some areas needed to be painted because of deterioration. Breakfast is great, eat and drink all you can. The Front Office needs to be cheerful and pleasant, The security is good and the good thing is that the hotel has it's own parking area reserved for their guest.

世界遺産のなかにある、綺麗なホテル
有名な通りのすぐ近くで、周りの建物も歴史があって素敵な場所にあった。 朝食もとっても美味しい。 部屋も清潔でとても綺麗。 Wi-Fiが部屋では使えなかったのが残念。

Unlimited Mosquitoes in the room. Dirty linens
Mosquitoes in the room. Too many dust and dirt under the bed. Linens with blood stains and was not replaced for 3 days. Maybe same will be used to next guest. Breakfast buffet expensive for 3 dishes only. Not much food selection. Parking is a hassle

Location was good. Yet the room lack luster.
The hotel location was perfect. Really close to the main strip. The staff was decent. The rooms are updated but need to be cleaned and maintained. They were very dirty upon arrival. The host, was able to assist us With another room which was an upgrade. Yet could still use a good cleaning. Overall not a bad stay, my expectations were just a little high from the reviews on line. The great part of the hotel was the restaurant within it. Food was great, staff was great!!!! I would definitely go back to that restaurant when I visit the town again.

Great place to stay in Vigan.
The place is spotlessly clean from the front desk, room, bathroom and dining area. The area is safe; and staff were pleasantly helpful. The breakfast is superb! Would come back to this hotel again which is also conveniently located.

Right at the Center of Vigan
Hotel is close to places of interest where you can just walk to these places (Calle Crisologo, Irene's empanada, etc..) The Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Nice but they need to fix their water heater.
Nice hotel, however, they didn't have a water heater which means we have to use COLD water when showering and we did not like that.

Quaint hotel in old town
Very charming hotel in old town steps away from the main cobblestone pedestrian street. Great accommodating staff, good made to order breakfast, good air con. Building is older with thick walls so the wifi doesn't work in the rooms but strong signal in the lobby seating areas. No hot water in shower but still comfortable. Rooms are small but cozy. They were nice enough to give me a ride to the bus station.
