"It was such a nice place to stay in. Although a little west of the old quarter, the location was overall good as it was still close to other tourist attractions and it was nestled in a nice spot where you couldn't hear motorbikes from the room. I really liked the feel of the room. It was clean and easy to keep cool and the beds was very comfortable. The owner was also very helpful and unobtrusive."

"The staff are very attentive. They always asked the afternoon before about the breakfast options. Breakfast room delivery is on the dot. Cleaning service personnel are meticulous and respectable about my privacy. The front desk staff are very helpful. They help me with local restaurant choices, booking my rides and getting touch with my local contacts. I would recommend this property to everyone. "

The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? "It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience."

"Such an amazing stay. Liam, Alice and Tony we're super kind and helpful. I was fortunate enough to upgrage to the suite with the fish pond and this room made my stay extra special. Very close to everything going on in Hanoi whilst also remaining peacefull and quiet. Also had the oppertunity to book a day trip to Halong bay through the travel agent in the reception which was extreamly convienient and even when I miss the bus pick up (slight miscommunication) I was raced to the bus to get on...

The excellent room, large comfortable, with heating, spacious bathroom. close to attractions, like the lake, puppet theater, night market, i walked everywhere even to hochiminh museum, which is far away, but if you have time you can walk. I highly recommend it. I would stay again. rich a la carte breakfast, with seasonal fruits, juices and coffee or tea."

"My stay was excellent! The hotel is located very near the church and the lake, in a very nice region. The room was very clean and smart. It catered for all my needs. Breakfast was outstanding. The juices were very good and the omelette delicious. The capuccinos were so good that I couldn’t help drinking three. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. And there is also a very good spa downstairs. In my next visit to Hanoi I will stay there again."
