Villini delle Rose`stwo-room apartment is a simple and essential solution for spending vacations in Puglia, in the green Gargano countryside, 5 minutes from the beaches in the Vieste area.
The vacation home is equipped with air conditioning and TV. In the large garden shared with other guests there is parking, outdoor shower and barbecue. The two-room apartment offers up to 5 beds.

Villini delle Rose`s two-room apartment No. 3 is a cozy house, elevated by a few steps and introduced by a veranda of exclusive pertinence, where you can have breakfast al fresco, lunch and dinner al fresco.
The interior of the apartment consists of: kitchen-living room with air conditioning and TV, hallway, 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom with bunk bed + single pull-out, 1 bathroom with shower.
 
The surroundings of Villini delle Rose in the area of Vieste
Villini delle Rose is located in the countryside, in the countryside of Vieste. The town with its beautiful historic center and its many sights is about 5 km away.
Very close to the apartments, however, are the beaches on the coast north of Vieste, between 1 and 3 km away. There are Sciamarino beach, Molinella beach, and San Lorenzo beach.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 34 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. 
- The apartment is in a small complex.
