The only constructive criticism is if you are claiming to be environmentally conscious property with your initiative, i.e: low pressure showers and offering not to change towels and clean the room daily, don’t charge the same fee for guests that support these initiatives versus the guests that do not. Please have some skin in the game before touting green initiatives for your guests."

"O recepcionista da noite era grosso e me cobrou a estadia mesmo sendo uma reserva pré paga, reclamei e foi feito o estorno em 1 dia, se não reclamasse seria cobrado duas vezes, o estacionamento tem no máximo 20 vagas, uma vergonha, fora que se tive que estacionar em uma vaga ao lado da vaga deles e ganhei uma multa de €30.00, no segundo dia tive que estacionar 15 minutos de caminhada do hotel."

"I booked 2 rooms for 2 couples, however, 01 room was in the basement and the must smell was strong. One room was prepared for a single, with only 01 pillow and 1 towel. It was 00:30hs and we had to call the 24 hs service. We got the second pillow and towel but, it was not possible to change the room in the basement. Iam allergic and if I stayed there, I would have to go to the hospital. Definitely, that room cannot be rented or a notice should be included before booking and the price should be...
