I didnt get the check in instructions on my email due to spotty reception. So i went into the office, which luckily i made it there before 3 or i would have missed them. The office looks more like disorganized storage space. Maybe they are renovating? The staff was friendly enough and helped ne get checked in.
The one thing i appreciated about this place was that it was right on the ocean and it was walkable to other restaurants. I stayed on a Thursday night not knowing their restaurant was closed that day. Because everything closes early there I was lucky to find some bar food.
The room itself was small. Which is fine since it was just myself. However its quite dated. Chipped tiles, paint coming off, no actual windows. One had plastic on it. The othwr had no window. Just the outdoor slats. Couldnt see out the "windows" at all because the slats wouldnt open. Wouldnt have mattered it was facing an alley parking lot. It felt dark and dungy, and i felt a little duped thinking the roomeould at least have a window to let in some light with. Theres only a couple outlets in the whole room and the extension cord to plug in the mini fridge was pulled so tight it was draping over the dresser.
Im glad i was only staying one night.
