"Our family of five (two teenagers and an eight-year old) spent six-nights at Nancy’s place and it was wonderful. Spotless unit, very well equipped, and beautiful views. We used Fajardo as our base for the week with some boating and rain forest activities. Lots of great restaurants nearby, a few within walking distance and others 5-10 mins drive away. "First and foremost the property was not anything like the pictures provided. The photos showed a crisp new residence, we walked into a well used and abused rental. Not very clean, a lot of hack job maintenance. The beds were pretty bad, very hard, and what’s up with a 32” TV! Thankfully we came to see the sights and activities which were great. The people at the resort were all top notch, that’s why I am giving 4 stars. The amenities were great! The weather and scenery beautiful!"

"We were told we got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom unit. It was a little confusing because it was a hotel like check in process"

"It was good overall. Parking is a problem. Too soon for a check out time. It should be at least 11am. I did not like the pressure to leave on time by staff."
