The 30 square metre residential apartment accommodates up to 2 people. It has one bedroom, access to a fully equipped private kitchen, a bright living room, a sofa and a private bathroom with a shower. The rooms have modern furniture and parquet floors throughout, with amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with international channels, air-conditioning, and heating.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
