Villa Andes is a completely detached villa on two floors, located at street level, with a living area of 150 m2. Upon entering the house, you will find the fully equipped living room, which has two sofa beds, satellite TV, radio and CD player and a dining table for four people. From the living room, you have access to the balcony terrace and outside area, from where you have a spectacular view. You will also find the fully fitted and equipped kitchen here, as well as one bedroom and one bathroom. On the first floor of the villa, which you reach via a large open staircase in the living room, there are two more comfortably furnished bedrooms.
