"The pub with rooms was wonderful the place was immaculate and the staff and atmosphere excellent. The room was large well appointed with water and coffee/tea crisps etc. The bed was so comfy but could have been bigger. The room was also immaculate although it had a smell of fresh paint. We booked a meal the first night the steak was missing some items and was tough but my wife's chickwn was excellent as was starters and pud. Lovely location lovely pub and staff highly recommend. "

"We had a meal on the first night which was very good. Guinness pie with mash and an Angus burger. Food was served hot and was very tasty 😋 The room was clean and tidy with a big bathroom. One small issue was a loose toilet seat but it was sorted as soon as I reported it to reception. Overall a good 2 night stay. A cooked breakfast would have made the stay even better but there was a continental breakfast, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, yoghurt etc."
