Auch die Rezeption war bemüht und gab uns ein anderes Zimmer, nachdem das erste unzumutbar war. Unser erstes Zimmer war winzig und hatte den Charme eines Motels. Da der Zugang über eine Gemeinschaftsveranda erfolgt, kann jeder Passant direkt ins Bett schauen. Privatsphäre gibt es hier nur bei geschlossenen...

"So many difficulties at check-in, had to cancel and re process them like 3 times m, had kids who got impatient, was over charged, then had to call Expedia to sort that out. No tissues in the room, our key cards stopped working 3 times and then clearly was locked out of room, once with the dogs and the kids early in the morning in our jammies, the other time was wet from the pool with kids who had to Pooh, and then another time we had our conpeltle hands full trying to leave with food and...

"I would encourage you to make sure you are in the right room and near the right amenities. Our room was on the bottom level at the back near the lake. The room was aged. Pulls and holes in the bedding. ? Black mild in bathroom grout. Difficulty getting tv to work. Cigarette smoke and weed smoke infiltrating our room overnight. And when the people came in in the room above us… we definitely heard every footstep."

"Room had an overpowering bad odor and request to change rooms was denied (fully booked location). Staff offered full refund for room, doing their best to make good of a bad experience. "

"Everything about this little log cabin stay was what we needed for a wonderful winter escape. Host was very accommodating, the cabin was comfortable and clean, and the views whether daytime or night time were spectacular! Would recommend this to everyone! "

"Check in was easy. Received a text with all my needed information. The room was cold at first. The radiator was set to low. Took a few hours to warm up but we left the motel while that was happening. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable."

"The hotel staff have been amazing each time we have stayed. The breakfast was very nice, but not many gluten free options. The manager did visit us and said he would make note and adjust as soon as possible. "
