The Penthouse with Views

This exceptional corner apartment on the top level of the Frontage is the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying stunning sea views.

The open plan living and dining area is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, and R/C air-conditioner, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The large balcony, accessible from both the living area and the main bedroom, offers panoramic views from Granite Island along the coastline to Port Elliot. You can even dine outside, enjoying your own barbecue while taking in the breathtaking scenery.

This luxurious apartment comfortably accommodates up to four people. There are two bedrooms, each providing a queen size bed, plus a third room used as a study/office. The state-of-the-art appliances and modern furnishings provide a luxury holiday residence beyond compare. The master bedroom features an ensuite with a luxurious and deep bath, separate shower, and toilet, plus a glorious walk-by robe. The main bathroom has a spacious shower and toilet, and there's even a European laundry with a washing machine and ironing facilities. The fully self-contained kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge, oven, toaster and kettle, making it easy to prepare your own meals.
Enjoy the balmy nights with the convenience of a Weber Q barbecue located on the balcony.

The building also provides a lap pool and secure car parking underneath, with an allocated car park for 2 cars. Please note that the maximum height clearance for undercover parking is 1.95m.

When it comes to activities, this apartment is ideally situated within a short walking distance of most of Victor Harbor's highlights. You can explore Ocean Street for shopping, coffee, and cinema, or visit the Crown, Grosvenor, and Victor Hotels and all the popular restaurants and cafes. Take a walk over the new causeway, or make the journey in style on the famous Victor Harbor Horse Drawn Tram to Granite Island whose waters are home to Fairy Penguins, dolphins, sea lions, seals, and Southern Right whales in winter. You can even do a spot of fishing, take a nature walk, or climb the Bluff. For golf enthusiasts, there are numerous golf courses in the Fleurieu Peninsula, or you can enjoy mini-golf with the kids at the Causeway!

Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.

How lovely it was for us Melbournians to be welcomed to Victor Harbor after our extended lockdowns in 2020 We spent a wonderful, relaxing few days in your extremely comfortable apartment. Highlights of our stay were visiting Granite Island by tram, the walk around it, taking the Cockle Steam Train to Goolwa, swimming near the beach in Port Elliot and seeing the Murray Mouth of Hindmarsh Island. We even witnessed a pool of dolphins swimming in Encounter Bay!
P.S. Walking to the magnificent sunrise across the bay was also a daily treat

Victor stay

Beautiful apartment in great location, although very hard to find. Looked like a business stuck in between two businesses. Apartment main bathroom could've been cleaner. Dishwasher was abit dangerous door kept flinging up fast without the rack and dishes on it too hold it down. Refrigerator door couldn't be opened all the way, so you couldn't open the crisperdraw too put food in .

When we arrived everyone was impressed with the apartment and the view that it offered. It was one of the most relaxing stays we have had in a long time. Close to all amenities and a fun time was had by all. We will be back

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay at the Pent House. It had everything we needed and was walking distance from shops, the beach, and playgrounds. It was so relaxing watching the ocean from the balcony.

Beautiful Spot

The property was really lovely, comfortable and very convenient to everywhere we needed to go. We had a couple of issues but these were attended to immediately by the property manager, great service. Owners are lovely and were good to communicate with as well. Overall, we had a great time, would definitely stay there again.
