Apartment Umberto I is our little view of Vico Equense which directly overlooks the main square: Piazza "Umberto I" and which we gladly make available to our guests to help create fabulous memories.
It is an entire 70sqm apartment on the 3rd floor with lift, located in one of the most beautiful buildings that frame the square. It is equipped with a large living room with leather sofa, 40 "TV, a large dining table with comfortable padded chairs. The kitchen is habitable and fully equipped, there is also a small table with chairs. The spacious and bright double bedroom has a very large wardrobe, a comfortable memory foam mattress and a 32 "TV. The bedroom, on the other hand, is equipped with a single bed and a pull-out bed, a comfortable and large wardrobe with a laundry corner equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom is finely decorated with fine finishes, has a large mobile and a large shower cubicle.
The entire apartment is very functional, bright and well-structured, with air conditioning in every room, WIFI network and a privileged view of what is called the "Vico Equense lounge": its famous square with the monumental fountain in the center .
A tour in the surroundings
The apartment is located a few steps from the sea, some free and equipped beaches are easily reachable on foot.
Public transport is in the immediate vicinity and will allow you to easily reach Naples, Herculaneum, Pompeii, Sorrento. It is possible to go to the marina where private excursions to Capri are organized and where a hydrofoil departs for Capri and Sorrento. Right at the entrance of the apartment there is a bus stop which represents the direct connection to Capodichino airport. On foot you can visit the historic center with its charming alleys and its breathtaking views, you can visit the Church of SS. Annunziata declared the most beautiful in Italy thanks to the enchanting location in which it is set. Furthermore, for lovers of trekking, excursions can be organized that include paths in fabulous paths: Path of the Gods, Great Ring of Monte Faito, Monte Comune, Monte Molare.
In the immediate vicinity there are ice cream parlors, pizzerias and very renowned restaurants, some awarded with MICHELIN stars.
Finally, it is useful to know that the central position of the apartment allows you to have at hand all the main services necessary for a peaceful stay: the 2 pharmacies, all kinds of shops, supermarkets, the hospital, are just a few meters away .
The apartment also offers the possibility of enjoying a parking service which consists of the exclusive use of a garage at a cost of 15 euros per day.
