"Room looked like the pictures which was a pleasant surprise! No false advertising. The bedroom was beautiful and the kids lived having their own room, and we loved having separate bathrooms. There was a drip coffee and a k-cup machine (so you know what kind of coffee to buy). The rocking chairs on the balcony were a family favorite, especially for the 1 year old who still likes to be rocked! The room was clean and we would stay there again! "Our reservations a suite got lost and Expedia called Shores of Panama and they gave us a large condo on the beach immediately and welcomed us in. Clean, nice personal. One complaint is the parking deck, it was not designed for southern big travel vehicles. Like full size trucks and SUV, but for foreign cars like the mini cooper, smart cars. Lol"

"The resort was Awesome lots of room loved the Balcony facing the ocean. The pools and hot tubs were clean and Cool. Everyone was very helpful and nice. If I must leave a complaint it would be the slow elevators. "

"Stayed on the 24th floor! Penthouse view was beautiful. Right on the water. Unit was clean and plenty of space. I liked that there was a washer and dryer available to use. Good communication on property regarding codes needed for parking and unit. The only complaint was the elevators. They took a long time to get to us. Other than that we had a wonderful time."

"The studio condo we stayed in was basically a king room with a kitchen sink. The facility was safe and secure- but we weren't given an entry code to one of the doors. Luckily, customer service hotline was able to help, but it was exasperating. I was devastated on arrival to realize that there WAS NO PRIVATE BALCONY for this room as advertised, and sitting on the balcony and feeling sea breezes was what I was looking forward to the most. "We loved the property and the short walk to the beach. The house was well equipped and for our family of 7 great. One of our favorite part of the stay was enjoying the wonderful pool oasis in the evenings and being sang to by frogs! Kids and adults the same loved it. "

Horrible. Filthy.

"Filthy place The age of the hotel doesn't justify the filthiness of the place. As we arrived at night, it felt like we were entering a horror movie attraction. The elevator is made of plywood. The floor is cement and is damaged throughout the property. There are drips coming out of the light bulbs. The room is really filthy. On the carpet under the bed there was onion rings!!!! We bought lysol disinfectant spray to spray on everything. Bikini is not a resort! The beach in front is beautiful! Look for other accommodation. "
