Located in the residential area of La Envía, known for its rural setting and peaceful, quiet atmosphere—ideal for a few days of relaxation. With 24/7 security, the Las Colinas del Golf Residential Complex offers amenities such as outdoor pools (the main pool is open year-round), a heated pool (October through April), and a fitness center.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, it features a 1.35x1.90 double bed, a 1.35x1.90 pull-out sofa bed, and the option to add a 0.90x1.90 rollaway bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. The full bathroom includes a bathtub. The studio is equipped with an inverter air conditioner and free Wi-Fi internet access (100 Mbps fiber optic connection).

La Envía is connected by a road that provides access to the A-92 highway in just 5 minutes by car. It’s just a 15-minute drive from La Envía to Almería, and the same time to reach the beaches of Aguadulce (10 minutes). At the junction with the highway, you can access the Vícar Shopping Center, which has a Carrefour where you can do your shopping.
