The villa is arranged over several levels, with the living areas located on a half-level, accessible by five steps from the main entrance. This central level offers a spacious, bright living space combining lounge, dining room, and an open kitchen, extended by a veranda. The entire area opens directly onto a large terrace and a 450 m² fenced and wooded garden, featuring a secluded inground swimming pool, perfect for peaceful relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary cooking utensils.
The sleeping area is spread over two distinct levels:
Below the living room, a wide corridor leads to two bedrooms:
One bedroom with a double bed (160x190).
One bedroom opening onto the garden, with two single beds (90x190), which can be joined.
Part of the corridor can be separated by a curtain to create a third sleeping area, equipped with two single beds (90x190). This level also features a shower cabin with a basin open to the corridor, along with a nursery space and washing machine.
Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 180 cm bed (two 90x200 bed bases) completes the sleeping area. Adjacent is a spacious, independent bathroom with a shower, toilet, and ample storage.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with large closets for optimal comfort.
Outside, fully enjoy a large, enclosed, and beautifully landscaped garden. The private swimming pool is secured with safety barriers for children. Multiple relaxation areas with sun loungers await you, always shielded from view.
A terrace shaded by a pergola invites you to enjoy meals outdoors. A gas barbecue is available for summer grilling, and a verdant corner is perfect for restful naps.

The accommodation is located close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By train: Vias train station is 1 km from the historic centre of Vias. For those preferring to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €500 is required on arrival.
