## Space
Nestled in the heart of the secure Les Romarines 2 residence, this 50 m² house is fully equipped to offer you a comfortable, practical, and stress-free stay. Set in a peaceful environment, it is ideal for holidays with family or friends, just 500 meters from the beach.
The house features three sleeping areas:
on the ground floor, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed,
upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed,
a third bedroom with a 90 cm single bed and a 90 cm bunk bed, perfect for children,
as well as a large mezzanine with a baby corner.
👉 Each bedroom is equipped with duvets, pillows, and air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the year.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, mini oven, microwave, kettle, stovetop, and all the essentials needed to prepare your meals.
On the ground floor, you will also find a bathroom with a modern shower, washbasin, and hairdryer, as well as separate toilets for added daily comfort.
Outside, enjoy a private 20 m² terrace, sheltered from view and furnished with a retractable awning, a gas plancha, outdoor dining furniture, and sun loungers—perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing summer evenings.
A private parking space is available inside the fenced and secure residence, with free positioning.
Ideally located, the house is just 500 meters from the beach and only 200 meters from the main shopping street of Vias Plage. Shops, the market, and summer entertainment are all within walking distance, in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood.
👉 Upon arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service provides a welcome kit, including kitchen towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and a bath mat, allowing you to settle in comfortably from the very first moments.
👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the property to hand over the keys and will remain available and reachable throughout your stay.
## Access
The residence is secured by an electric gate. One or more vehicles can be parked in the private residence parking.

Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere, and preserved natural areas to discover through scenic walking circuits – ideal for a holiday in Occitanie.
This typical Occitan village, nestled in a remarkable natural area, is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for family stays.
The town offers a wide range of activities such as visiting the André Malraux art gallery, strolling along the Canal du Midi, exploring the seaside streets, spending a day at Europark, or renting bikes to enjoy the famous Canal du Midi and the Mediterranean coast.
Vias’ beaches are easily accessible via cycle paths (2.5 km) or direct parking nearby. Many water activities are available: diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, sea kayaking… The property is close to many restaurants, bars, and shops.

The house is located in a private, gated residence. It is completely enclosed. The residence is calm and family-oriented.
## Transit
By train: Vias train station is 1 km from the historical center. Agde station, a larger hub with regional and high-speed trains (TER and TGV), is just 5 km away.
By plane: Béziers Cap d’Agde airport is located only 5 km from the center of Vias.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the region.
## Notes
During July and August, the property is only available from Sunday to Sunday.
A €300 security deposit will be requested upon arrival.
Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Linen kits (bed and bath) are available for €10 per person.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
If desired, we can handle cleaning for a flat fee of €84 (incl. VAT).
Cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If not included in the reservation, the cleaning fee is payable on-site.
Groups of young people are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed in this property.
