Holiday house "La Pineta" - near the sea and pine forest

The holiday home "La Pineta" is located at 20mt. from the Pineta di Ponente.
The sea is just 400 linear meters from the house.
The area is therefore the most north of Viareggio and therefore the most renowned and elegant.

The house is composed as follows: ground floor: entrance / living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and a small curtain where it is possible to wash the linen by hand or in the washing machine; on the 1st floor: double bedroom with double bed with air conditioning, the other bedroom with French double bed and a small terrace with chairs and umbrella where it is possible to lay out your costumes and beach towels.

A short distance from the house you can find a supermarket (for everyday shopping), bakery, pharmacy, soap shop, woman / man hairdresser and everything you may need daily.
Crossing the pine forest it is possible to directly reach the avenues to the sea, covering only about 400 meters. The sea can of course also be reached via the city streets, covering the same distance that can be easily made on foot while enjoying the shade of the maritime pines.
The bathing establishments also offer the opportunity to have lunch directly on the sea and taste the typical dishes of Viareggio cuisine.

The linen is ON REQUEST FOR A PAYMENT (€. 10 per person for the entire stay) and is composed of:
- n. 1 top sheet
- n. 1 sheet underneath
- n. 2 pillowcases (in case of single bed 1 pillowcase)
- n. 1 hand towel
- n. 1 bidet towel

THE APARTMENT IS RENTED PER WEEK, FORTNESS OR FULL MONTH.
