"Great place! This house is in a great location to get to downtown Erie, the Penninsula and plenty of restaurants and shops. It was just my friend and me for a couple of days and the house was more than perfect. There are four bedrooms and two with new king beds. It’s rare to find a rental with king beds! "We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It was clean, comfortable and nicely updated. There were many fine amenities including a well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for our visit to Erie. It's close to the bayfront, many restaurants, several nice museums and Presque Isle. Sarah was a great host, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Everything about Sarah's place was outstanding and we highly recommend it to other travelers."

"Lots of rooms with lots of beds. Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast. Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family). Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location.
