Their accommodation was well equipped immaculately clean and comfortable.Some of our part of a clean cyclist, so to any cyclist it’s an absolute Mecca, but you have to like hills! "

"Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus in einer tollen bergigen Umgebung. Alles zum Haus wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Leonadro und seine Frau sind sehr gut zu erreichen und für alle Fragen offen. Das Haus ist mit einem normalen PKW gut zu erreichen. Es liegt recht hoch am Berg und man muss sich auf Serpentinen einstellen. Im nahegelegenen Ort Villa Collemandina gibt es eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für das Nötigste jedoch kein Brot oder Brötchen. Dies bekommt man etwas weiter unten im...

"Beautiful location, lovely pool and somewhere for my 91 year old mum to sit in the shade and watch her three great grand daughters in the pool. House very well equipped. Roads quite challenging so glad we had a small car when meeting others on the road!!! Giovanna extremely helpful and sorts any problem out very quickly. "

"Grande maison qui permet d'avoir un coin "enfants", attention toutefois à l'escalier. Le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur la campagne. Un très bon restaurant dans le village à tester absolument (surtout leur menu dégustation de ravioles)"

"Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Haus, betrieben von einer äußerst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Dame. Es gab sogar Kuchen zur Begrüßung! Die Küche ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht über das Tal ist einfach nur grandios. Das Haus und die Gegend ist ideal für Leute die gerne eine entspannte Zeit, abseits des Trubels der üblichen Touristenziele verbringen möchten um eine wunderschöne Gegend auf eigene Faust zu entdecken! "Het was even zoeken waar de woning precies lag. Na een hobbelig pad van grind/stenen kwamen we bij de parkeerplaats voor de auto’s. Vervolgens moet je lopend nog een meter of 10/15 stijl naar beneden over een pad van asfalt. Vervolgens zie je het prachtige uitzicht met het prive zwembad, 2 leuke zitjes en de woning. De woning is typisch Italiaans ingericht, netjes en schoon! Het verblijf was heerlijk we hebben onwijs genoten. Klein minpunt is dat het ongeveer 1 uur rijden is naar bijvoorbeeld...

"Unser Urlaub im September durften wir in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbringen. Es liegt etwas Abseits aber dafür mit einem unvergleichlichen Ausblick auf die Berge. Haus ist 1 zu 1 wie auf den Bildern bzw im Text. Einrichtung ist einfach aber stimmend zum Haus gehalten, es ist aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Pool und Sauna sind auch klasse. Aber das beste ist einfach Luca der Besitzer des Hauses. Er ist ein super angenehmer Mensch, sowas liebes und hilfsbereites haben wir noch nie...

"Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus - sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Draußen überall nette Sitzgelegenheiten. Man findet immer das richtige Plätzchen für Schatten oder Sonne. Der Blick in die Berge ist atemberaubend! Der Pool ist klein, aber für uns war er völlig ausreichend. Innen gab es nur 4 Stühle, so dass wir am Regentag noch 2 Sessel aus dem Wohnzimmer holen mussten. Das könnte noch verbessert werden. Sehr liebe Begrüßung mit einem Obstkorb und Gin Tonic und Knabbereien. Die...

"Wir waren in dieser Unterkunft mit 5 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool mit angenehmer Sitzfläche die auch in der Mittagshitze einen Schattenplatz bietet. Die zwei Vermiterinen sind mega nett und kommen gelegentlich mit Leckereien vorbei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. VG aus Deutschland und bringen gelegentlich Lvorbei. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!!!!"

"O nosso quarto, que foi um valor bem elevado, não tinha ar condicionado, a janela , abria cerca de 10 cm, ou seja, não refrescava o quarto. Passamos 4 noites sem dormir devido ao calor . "

"The staff were truly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the self check-in process was smooth and very convenient — definitely a great feature. That said, there were a few aspects that didn’t quite meet our expectations. The heater wasn’t working properly on the first night, switching on and off frequently, which made it a bit difficult to sleep comfortably due to both the cold and the noise. The minibar is quite small — we couldn’t even fit more than one regular water bottle inside, so it’s something to keep in mind. The shower could have been better as well, and breakfast felt quite limited. While there was a Nespresso machine available, a proper espresso option would’ve been nice, especially in Italy. It’s also worth noting that the parking isn’t private — it’s in a public plaza right in front of the property, so keep that in mind if you're arriving by car. All in all, there were some lovely elements to our stay, especially the hospitality and check-in process, but a few improvements to comfort and amenities would make the experience much more enjoyable."
