"Our room was extremely clean! Loved that! Staff was very friendly!! Breakfast was very good and varied daily. The one issue was the mattress! When we got into bed it was like falling into a hole! Couldn’t roll over and REALLY hard to get out of bed! After 3 nights of that I was glad we were not staying longer. If we need to stay in the area again I would choose this hotel again but instead of a king bed maybe a room with 2 double beds would be better."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Blennerhasset Hotel, but think some items need improved. Not an easy unload without Valet help for folks checking in that would be impacted. No valet available, didn't see automatic doors, but I might have missed the button. Internet was very spotty, the guest wasn't working. Was able to link into main hotel web address. Ice out on my floor. Parking around the hotel. Resaurant was good, staff, besides any valet presence, was helpful. For the cost, I think...

"Check in was slow finding our reservation. Had to provide a charge card for incidentals. Ice maker on our floor broken. Vending machines not well stocked. Breakfast was good"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only thing negative we noticed was the dirty windows. I know the third floor was being remodeled, but why would the windows everywhere else be so dirty? All in all, a great price and comfortable stay."

"Room needed the stains on the walls cleaned. Many nasty areas. Lamp shades cracked or broken. Furniture broken down and worn out. Employees were great, friendly and helpful!"

"You could tell the room hadn’t properly been clean. There was toothpaste all over the sink stuff all over the walls. The covers had cigarette burns and the whole place just smell like cigarettes even though I got a non-smoking room I booked a room with a single king bed and they changed it to a room with two full beds instead"

"Upon arriving, the lobby was blocked off with a black screen partition. The pool was empty. Our room was not clean (understatement), with hair on the bedspread, food remnants on the floor, and urine w toilet paper still in the toilet. We immediately returned to the front desk and asked for a refund. While the front desk person tried to appease by offering another room, to clean the one we were given, etc., we were insistent that we were not staying. The desk clerk said we would have to go...

"This is a delightful, historic hotel. We had a twin room. It was very small but, quaint. Antique furnishings and beautiful wood carver headboards. I would have preferred a firmer bed. The lobby area is filled with antique furnishings. It’s also right on the same block as restaurants, shopping and the river runs right along the side. Loved the town of Marietta."

"Staff was very helpful. The parking was very convenient just in front of the main door. Room, especailly bathroom was very clean. The continental breakfast was simple, but with that price I would not expect more."

"Room was clean, bed was good, breakfast was mediocre. Pool and hot tub wasn't available. Had dropped a bracelet on carpet, and didn't notice it till we were home 4 hours away. When we called and asked if it was found, they said no. That was the last place we saw it. 2 of the hosts were kind of sarcastic, will the tall one was more than helpful. Location was convenient."
