The property features an unheated outdoor pool. The pool is closed and inaccessible during the winter months and therefore cannot be used during your stay.

However, the house is not intended for hosting festive parties that may cause disturbances.

Loud music, dance parties, large gatherings, and noise late at night are not permitted.

Since the house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we ask that you respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially in the evening and at night.

You will have the entire house to yourselves.
