Stone House with Pool

In the lovely village of Vertheuil, in the heart of the Médoc vineyards, this stone house has been fully renovated and features a flowered garden in a peaceful setting. You have private access, parking, a pool (in season), and a terrace. The house is comfortable and fully equipped.



You benefit from an ideal location in the Médoc Natural Park, between the estuary ports and the ocean, in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood:

- 30 minutes from the ocean beaches (Montalivet, Plage des Pins)

- 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and its leisure center (water activities, hiking, cycling, horse riding)

- 10 minutes from the estuary ports, Saint-Estèphe and Pauillac

- 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the bay, and 45 minutes from Verdon-sur-Mer



The accommodation is peaceful, in the heart of Vertheuil, one of the most beautiful villages in the Médoc. You will find a café-restaurant with a terrace in the park of the 12th-century Abbey, a grocery store (oysters from the bay on weekends), a bakery, a takeaway pizzeria, an eco-museum, and many wine châteaux nearby.

The pool is available from late April to mid-October depending on weather conditions. The house can also be rented with a guesthouse including a wellness area for two additional people, available for an extra fee.
