L'Olivier villa with private pool

This cottage with an area of 112 m2 has a capacity of 8 people (two parental suites equipped with queen size beds with, for each, their private bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds which can be assembled to form a queen size bed and a so-called "child" bedroom equipped with two single beds, a shared bathroom for the latter).
Everything has been thought out to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the gîte is fully air-conditioned, beds will be made on arrival, towels are provided.
You will benefit from a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), a lounge area with chromecast television, a a broadband internet connection. A utility room is equipped with a washing machine.
The decoration is simple, soft and current.
Its large windows with brick partition will give you direct access to the outside with a view of the swimming pool and the enclosed, wooded grounds.
It will be perfect for families with children since you will find inside the cottage cot, changing table, high chair and games for children but also swing and slide outside.
The adults are not forgotten, they can relax by the pool on deckchairs or have fun on the bowling green just below.
Of course for your outdoor meals, outdoor furniture and barbecue will be present.
