Holiday Home 'La Bonne Chauffe' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in the heart of the Grande Champagne vineyard, this elegant 19th-century Charentaise house, recently restored, offers an authentic and comfortable experience. It includes a shared swimming pool with a neighboring guesthouse, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.



Layout:

Two adjoining accommodations, one house for 10 people and one house for 4 people.



First House:

Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchen leading to a living/dining room with a pellet stove (accessed via two steps). A pantry and toilet are also accessible by two steps down.

Upper Floor: The first bedroom has a 160 cm bed, a baby bed, and an ensuite bathroom. Via three steps, access a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed; via two more steps, a third bedroom with a 160 cm bed. A fourth bedroom includes four 90 cm beds. Additional bathroom and separate WC.

Second House:

Ground Floor: Living area with a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a bathroom with WC.

Upper Floor: Mezzanine with a sofa for a relaxing space, one bedroom with two 90 cm beds, and a separate WC.



Outdoor Spaces:

Private 15 m² terrace, a courtyard, a fenced backyard garden, a private 50 m² swimming pool (secured with a barrier and alarm, maximum depth of 1.50 m), as well as recreational facilities: ping-pong table, play structure, and bicycles.



Amenities and Services:

Connected TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, radio, and high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Baby equipment available upon request: crib, travel cot, high chair, baby bathtub, potty, changing mat, and booster seat.

Bed linens provided; beds made upon arrival.
