"We had a terrific week on Beech Hill Pond! This is our 2nd year working with Josh and he makes the whole process (from booking to check-out) so smooth and easy. The property location is perfect that is gave us privacy but direct access to the lake and easy trips to Ellsworth for dinners and Bar Harbor for the day. We had everything we need as far as amenities and use water sports equipment. We rented a pontoon and tube from Lakeside Rental and thoroughly enjoyed every moment on the lake. ...

"This place is like a fairy house come to life! So much care has gone into creating this magical getaway, and the waterfront private cove location cannot be beat. We feel so lucky we found this place and cannot wait to return. It was exactly the disconnected getaway we needed!"

"Nicely constructed cabin. Very comfortable bed! Peaceful and fresh air. Would have liked a later check out than 10 am given we were expected to do half of the clean up - dishes, garbage collection, placing towels all in one designated location, resetting the thermostat, closing the windows, etc. We were late leaving due to these housekeeping chores, and the second we departed a service truck pulled up that previously came around at exactly 10 am. "

"It was a beautiful studio apt. It appeared to be quite new or very well maintained. Only non issues was someone was parked in our space so we parked on street and when I called because the door would not lock my call was never returned. However, I would absolutely rent this sweet studio apt again when going to a concert. Thank you for a lovely stay. FYI the tray on the bed with the magazines and plant were a very thoughtful touch as was the coffee cart and snack basket!!"

"This was the perfect stay for our family of 8. The 3 bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen and laundry machines made everything very convenient and enjoyable versus all of us being separated in hotel rooms. The owner was super responsive to all of our questions. Location is perfect as it’s close to downtown Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park and is right by a beautiful river just down the street! Highly recommend this property. "

"We (3 adults and a Dalmatian) rented the Cozy Cabin for 10 days. It was great. There was enough space for our stuff and for us to relax and sleep comfortably. The bed sleeps 2 and there’s an air mattress for the third person. The cabin itself is nice, and the view is beautiful too. My husband really enjoyed how close it is to water and it gave him and Bailey (dog) some nice walks. This isn’t a place for partying but it’s awesome for relaxing. "Excellent location and a very well equipped rental. Beds are super comfy and supportive. Having a little back yard for our pooch was a plus. The weather in Bangor was very hot while there and the AC provided a perfect temperature for the house. We were there for a medical procedure and having a 2 minute drive to Northern Lights Hospital was a huge plus. All in all a very positive experience!"

"We had such a wonderful week at the cottage! It was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Having Branch Lake a few steps from the house was amazing. We swam and canoed several days and explored Ellsworth, Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Of course, we couldn’t miss the popovers at the Jordan Pond House. We loved the cottage (as well as Maggie from next door) and hope to return. "
