2nd stay

We stayed at this property our 1st trip in 2021 and then again this time. We will definitely look to book again. It was situated close to everything you could want. Very nice host/hostess.

What a fantastic host with a beautiful property!

Lilliam provided everything one could possibly need or desire to make her home feel like ones own home! Every detail was attended to; the kitchen and entire condo was complete with every kind of amenity, from tons of pots and pans in the kitchen, to beach umbrellas and body boards for the beach! Our host made us feel very welcome, and Lilliam went out of her way to stay in touch, letting us know that the exterior corridors would be cleaned early one morning. Lilliam is an EXCELLENT communicator who was available to answer any question that may have arisen and to remedy any situation immediately. I highly recommend this lovely home and this host --- both cannot be beat! Thank you for a great vacation ~ we shall be back again!

Cozy and Clean!

Condo is in a great location within Ocean Village! Close to the pools and pickleball courts! The house has a comfortable bed with a view of hole 8’s green! Owners were fantastic communicators and were awesome to work with!

This condo is excellent for a getaway to Hutchinson Island. It is in a safe, gated community, which is beautifully maintained. The condo itself was extremely clean and tastefully decorated in a beach theme. The bed was very comfortable and the community is very quiet for a restful night's sleep. The owners go the extra mile to make you feel welcome in their home. Thank you for opening your door to travelers from Washington State! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Sweet Ocean condo!

We had a wonderful peaceful stay at Lilliam’s place! It is very beachy appointed and really a perfect place to relax and soak in some rays. Lilliam Was accommodating and a pleasure to visit with! We definitely will be coming back! Thank you for everything!

Clean and accommodating

Great communication with owner. Responsive texter. Well stocked with essentials, coffee, soap, even a welcome bottle of wine and goodies. Password works easily for tech access, comfy couch and nice assortment of bed pillows. Bidet was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend.

Awesome stay!

Lilliam and Carlos’s condo at Ocean Village was wonderful! Condo was exactly as pictures showed. Very comfortable and clean. Had everything you would need. Comforts of home. Would highly recommend staying at Ocean Village.

Lovely beach condo

So cute, very quiet and very clean. King size bed was sooo comfortable. Hosts were kind and welcoming. The uncrowded beaches were so relaxing. Enjoyed our stay. Hope to return when restaurant and Tiki bar re-open.

Very nice place!

This is a large complex situated on a 3-par golf course and the ocean. The property is very well kept and maintained as well as this unit. I was thinking the unit had a balcony but it didn’t. Another disappointment was the pool tiki bar and the restaurant and other bar area was all shut down and had been since January. Emenities like this probably should be probably passed on to the renters since we did hear of some people who had to rent a car after they got there due to this. Lilliam our owner/ manager was very easy to get hold of and she got hold of us to make sure everything was ok and after we left she called me to let me know the cleaner had found something I left. We were close enough to go back and I really appreciated this!!

BEAUTIFUL HOME AND WONDERFUL LOCATION

We truly loved our time at the condo. It was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. Lilliam was right there for whenever we had a question. She was a pleasure to work with. There was plenty do do, golf, tennis, the beach or pool. There is even a restaurant. We will be back next year for sure. Thank you so much.

As expected, with some extra niceties

As expected - the owner kindly ledt wine & snacks. The TV was very "smart" as it had Netflix & we could cast a phone screen to it. The AC came on a bit loud but I liked the white noise. Occasional other distant noises as expected as it is in a complex on a golf course. Nothing bothersome, really! Thank you!!

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at Hutchinson Island. The location was great, it was right by the beach. Our VRBO was clean and the kitchen was very nice. Lot's of things to do while staying here and was very quiet and enjoyable.

Condo was adorable. Neat and clean. Nice and quite. The only thing that was confusing was opening the door. There were two doors with the same number of the condo. We tried to open the lock box that had the key in it. Apparently that held the key for a storage unit which had a different combo. You had to go to the other door. That door was like a storm door and you could not see behind it. When you pulled it open there was another door that actually went into the condo and that had the lockbox with the key to get in the condo.

Perfect Get Away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Village. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean, and had all the little accessories and comforts of home that we needed. We enjoyed playing golf, Pickleball and taking walks on the beach. It was a great little get away and we plan to come back soon! Thank you Lilliam & Carlos.

covid vacation

We were looking for a place where we could stay away from crowds, but still enjoy the beach, pools, seafood, etc., and Ocean Village was perfect. The beach was not crowded at all and was gorgeous with great shelling, and we really appreciated the condo had beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella we could use. We ate at the tiki bar for lunch and were able to stay safely distanced from other people, and wait staff/bartenders wore masks. During the week, we ate out at a couple of restaurants, sitting outside with plenty of space between us and others. Over the weekend, we stayed away from restaurants as they were very crowded. The boys swam in the different pools a few times. The condo is lovely and was perfect for me and my two adult sons. They slept in the king-sized bed and I slept on the comfortable sleeper sofa. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/dishes, etc., including a toaster oven, coffee maker, expresso maker, blender, and sandwich toaster. Wifi was good, and there are plenty of tv channels for the tv watchers. The condo was immaculately clean when we arrived and the host provided a sweet welcome basket with a bottle of wine and some snacks, as well as a laundry detergent pod. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent condo at Fort Pierce

The condo was perfect for our trip. The place was very clean and decorated just perfectly for a beach vacation. The host was very accommodating and even offer to let us use their golf clubs. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Vacation Rental

If you want to experience a hide-away from everyday life the appartment of Lilliam and Carlos is your choice. Eqipped with everything you need and enough space to comfortably sleep four adults it is very recommendable. The property offers a whole bunch of activities. The beach is very natural and clean which we loved. A tiny minor side are no-see-ums, which might chase you from time to time at the beach. Overall a very relaxing and energizing stay. Thank you for your pleasant home.
