Welcome to our "Paradise Home" getaway, centrally located in Vero Beach, Fl. You will enjoy the main House and Guest House included with a Playroom with professional pool Table , foosball , Original Pac-Man Arcade , 75 inch tv with reclinable sofa

Full relaxation awaits as you lounge around, pool hearing cardinals and blue jays frolicking around the myriad of palms trees surrounding the entire property.

The space
The main house:

- Once inside the house you will immediately walk into the large open floor plan including a living room, kitchen and dining area.

- The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessities needed to cook any meal including pans, utensils, toaster, blender, and coffee and waffle maker.

The living room boasts a new Smart 75 inch TV with streaming internet, and cable TV with 100+ channels. You can watch TV while lounging on the new large and comfy sofa sectional that can sit 6-8 people comfortably.

- The dining area has a comfortable, practical and spacious 8-10 dining table set.

Right outside the kitchen/dining area is access to the pool area. There are two sliding doors that lead to this large outdoor area, both from the living room/kitchen area.
Also you will find a Full bathroom in the living room that communicates with the pool also with Spa Shower, freshly washed towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, and spare bathroom necessitie

The Outdoor area has enough seating for 6-8 people and multiple seating options to enjoy the sun, relax around the pool, and drink a warm cup of coffee in the private backyard pool area.

- The Master Bedroom has a private full bathroom with spa shower and jacuzzi. The king bed has a new mattress with fresh new linens.
- Second Bedroom has two bunker bed (twin bed).
- Third Bedroom has two single twin bed.
Every bedroom also has it's own closet filled with extra hangers along with extra linens, extra towels, and extra pillows.

- Full bathroom in the hallway with Spa Shower, freshly washed towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, and spare bathroom necessities.

- You will also have access to a washer and dryer in the unit. Enough Laundry detergent to get you through 5 loads will be provided .


The Guest house:

- One bedroom with a Queen bed.

- Full bathroom in the hallway with Spa Shower, freshly washed towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, and spare bathroom necessities.

- Little kitchen area with Microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and the essential utensils.

Playroom: Include professional pool, Original Arcade Pac-man and Galaga and one professional foosball. The smart Samsung TV is 75' with comfortable recliner leather sofa.
Other things to note
There is two Ring Cameras outside the house. One is locate it in the main entrance door. Second one is located to the side of backyard pointing to the fence. Both are visible by guest and ON.
