"We had an amazing time at the hotel. The whole loft idea is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. We used pretty much all the amenities: pool, hot tub, games room, EV charger, even the ice machine. Zero issues. They all worked pretty well. The highlight of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff is, from check-in to check-out. Thanks for the amazing experience!"

"A/C stopped working for most of my stay , the staff were very kind but not happy with the lack of accountability with the A/C not working , I didn’t sleep for most of my stay because of my hot room and they only gave me back 50$ of my 670$ I spent on my stay , I will never be back again , I would sooner stay in Kelowna then commute back to Vernon , tried to get in touch with the manager but he wouldn’t return my call , don’t spent your money here , there were also questionable stains on the...
