Dear Judy, We apologize that the front desk did not catch that you were a repeat customer, we have some new front desk agents that are just starting and so they may not be as familiar with guests as other front desk staff that have been here longer. It can be challenging to get the right comfort setting for each customer, as some like it soft and some more firm.Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations in this area. Close parking is a rarity, limited space. Check in hampered by computer issues. Had to reset and wait. Employee not at counter and had to wait for service. Rooms are exceptional, clean, new and plenty of comfort. Overall, very satisfied and a great experience. Marriot has done an exceptional job with this brand. Some minor issues still need to be worked out.

Great property. Nicely updated and up to TownePlace standards. Pillows are a little sub par but they are the typical Marriott ones.

Loved our stay! Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices. Had issue with tv and they were very fast with getting it resolved. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.

Liked having the kitchenette. Nice pool and workout area (I used both). Good breakfast. Our room was quiet. Some places I've stayed I could hear every door. Did not have that problem here.

Very nice property with new furniture and finishes. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi was closed for repair and re-plaster. So it will be nice for future travelers.

Noisy. The refrigerator and room hvac kept me awake most of the night. The morning breakfast was good. Check in was friendly and accommodating

I purchased a 2 queen room in January. I was told they moved us to a one queen room because of over booking. I had to stand in the waiting room for an hour while they fixed it and finally gave us a 2 queen room. We had 3 kids with us. How could we have for 5 people in a one queen room? Why did they assume it would be ok to move us to a different room without asking. And why did it take an hour to fix!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. As shown on your booking we saw that there where only two adults that would be occupying the room, as a good gesture we wanted to upgrade you into one of our larger One-bedroom suites. We where not aware that it was two adults and three children so we do greatly apologies for the inconvenience that it caused. We hope that if you choose to stay with us in the future we can give your family a better experience while staying with us.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and bright. I had expected to find a bigger room with a lounge area, but we had a smaller, compact and not so spacious accommodation. Not that it mattered, as we were only staying one night. We were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely breakfast spread prepared by a friendly service person. What a treat after two years of no food offered!

Nice stay. Morning food was good and the lady was nice. Front desk was really nice and helpful as well. We had never been to Vernal and didn’t know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed a full day of fishing on the Green River.
