Mariner’s Manor is located up a short walk up a private hill (not handicap accessible) where you will find a home with a large deck, a private entrance and a world of opportunities just a few feet ahead. The home itself offers two private bedrooms, a full working kitchen, a welcoming living room, and a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space. With plenty of room to spread out, prepare meals, relax after a day on the water, or gather together for a movie night, this unit gives guests the comfort and convenience of home while placing them just steps from Lake Erie.



Of course, the biggest attraction at Vermilion Vistas is right outside.



Guests of Mariner’s Manor enjoy access to our incredible shared private beach featuring approximately 600 feet of Lake Erie waterfront. Instead of packing the car, hunting for parking, and squeezing onto a crowded public beach, simply head outside and start enjoying the lake.



Spend your mornings sipping coffee by the water, your afternoons paddling along the Lake Erie shoreline in the provided kayaks, and your evenings relaxing in a beach chair as the sun sets across the horizon. Swim, search the shoreline for beach glass, enjoy the beach amenities, or simply sit back and listen to the waves.



The expansive waterfront gives guests plenty of space to make the experience their own—whether that means an active day on the water or doing absolutely nothing except enjoying the view.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to Unit C, and can access this via the first floor double doors found near the parking lot. In addition to unit C. The entire beach front can be used by any of our guests staying, we only ask that you are respectful to other guests enjoying their vacation.
