3-bedroom house 20 min. from Middlebury. Amazing decks with Adirondack view.

Located in picturesque farm country of Addison with expansive fields and uninterrupted Adirondack views. Our open concept home is inviting and cozy. It features interesting textiles and art pieces from our travels. We have a beautiful kitchen with everything you might need. A giant 9' butcher block counter with stools provides a great place to hang out and visit while you you gaze through the large bank of windows and slider that leads to the expansive decks, screened porch, and pool with amazing country and Adirondack views. This house is split level. Two stairs into the house and 4 up and 5 down. The two queen bedrooms are on the upper floor and the double bedroom is downstairs. All bathrooms are on the upper level. There is a comfy extra living room with a 65" Sony TV, reclining sofa on the lower level. Since its a split level there is lots of light on the lower level. Our house is super clean! This is an energy efficient home, with our solar array pumping power into the grid. We are next door to an operating farm. No animals, but barns, equipment and grain silo. You may see some farm equipment go by. Its very quiet here at night. During the day you can watch the occasional hawk soaring over our field looking for mice or a few ducks or great blue heron may fly by. You don't quite ever know what you might see. Sit on the deck with a glass of wine and watch the sun set behind the Adirondacks. We are off the main road. But we are still only 10 min. from Vergennes, and a nice 20 min. country drive from Middlebury. We have a little general store just a mile or so away that has a sandwich shop, pastries, breakfast sandwiches beer and wine.
