"The property was showing its age my first room. The TV wasn’t working properly. They had to exchange rooms on me didn’t even offer assistance. The carpet in the room was filthy dirty not very happy with my experience."

On check-in, I waited 10 minutes before Lawrence came around the corner, then another 5 minutes for him to deal with another guest, then do something on his computer. The room was in a good location for us, but it was nasty! The floors were sticky, there was urine on the base of the toilet, the AC filters were dirty, and the complimentary breakfast was gross. I inquired when Ken, the general manager, would be available, then asked him to come to...

"This Hampton Inn is just down the street from Archie’s. It can get loud with motorcycles zooming by at night. The room was pretty clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were very nice and helpful. "

"Beach view was only good thing. No ice machine on property. Big gigantic outside roach entered through big open space under door. Two other medium size roaches crawling in tub and floor, several baby roaches found. I bought bug spray , cleaning spray and paper towels and tried to clean down anything I was apt to touch. Did not feel safe because doors were old and locks could easily have been pushed in or open. "

"It was fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The building itself is older and the whirlpool was filled in. The pool is unheated. Breakfast was good. Coffee all day is lovely. There was water damage at the bottom of our bedroom door. But it was fine."
