You have a private, well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a ski storage room for your convenience. The chalet offers mountain views and sits in a peaceful residential leisure park established in 1984, bordered by forest and a river.



Relax in your private garden or on the open terrace, surrounded by tranquil mountain scenery. The property is an ideal base for mountain biking, hiking, horse riding, rafting, canyoning, treetop adventures, ziplining, and paragliding over Mont Blanc.



A shared parking space is available on site, and 1 pet is welcome. Parties are not allowed. Communal facilities include table tennis, billiards, and a gym. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



Within the park, you’ll find an artisan bakery, bar, restaurants, a pizzeria, and a food truck. For leisure, there’s a playground for children aged 6–12, a games room with billiards, pinball, table tennis, books and board games, plus a pétanque court in summer.
