"Lovely location and good view from outside space. We had to phone twice in an hour to get the check in information after 3pm. The shower was blocked and very very mouldy on arrival. The blockage was fixed but remained very dirty. Their was a lack of facilities - main light not working in bedroom, bedroom and kitchen not in same apartment, no cover for duvet, only see through net curtains, only one dinner sized bowl/plate, very dirty sofa in kitchen space, stale smell throughout on arrival. "My husband and I stayed for a week with another couple and their dog. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the balconies had amazing views over the lake. You could not be closer to ferry docks and restaurants. It was quiet and relaxing. "Hotel com bela vista. Empregados excelentes (Stefania e a recepcionista), sempre dispostos a ajudar. Para chegar precisa subir uma ladeira, vizinho a Villa Melzi, logo melhor se você tem carro ou tem energia. Tem elevador. Bom café da manhã, mas pode melhorar. Banheiro limpo, mas na última noite ficamos de água quente no chuveiro, consertado logo ao amanhecer. Cama confortável nota 8. Frigobar vazio, logo deve comprar ou pedir antes das 21 horas ( horário dos funcionários ), inclusive água, pois não repõem. Sugiro colocar um filtro de água em cada andar. Bela vista do lago !"
