It is located in a sunny and quiet area, near the city center and the lake, which can also be easily reached on foot, along a tree-lined avenue. It overlooks the garden and private road and has independent access on the ground floor. Its location allows easy access even for people with mobility difficulties. The equipment present makes the stay easy. It has private parking inside the courtyard or on the street in front of the house.The house is equipped with the safety devices required by law. The very large kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and offers everything you need for basic needs.
The 2 bathrooms have a shower and windows.
All rooms are large in size.
The room with the sofa bed can also be used as a study or as a relaxation corner.

Upon arrival, an identity document is required for communication to public security, and the signature of the tourist rental contract for tax purposes.
If it is necessary to use room heating (independent, programmable, with panels in the floor) the cost will be paid upon departure, according to consumption
