On the ground floor there is a living room with lake view and TV, a large dining room with another living room that overlooks the covered porch furnished with table and chairs, a large well-equipped kitchen, a small service bathroom and a flat consisting of a bedroom with double bed and a staircase leading to the attic where there is a small bathroom. On the first floor of the villa there is a double bedroom overlooking the lake with balcony and private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom communicating with a small bedroom where there is a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and bath. On the second floor there is another double bedroom with lake view and another bedroom with two beds that can be pushed together and a bathroom with shower. In the semi-basement there is a small kitchen/tavern, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and the laundry room. In front of the villa there is a large terrace equipped with an awning, large dining table and sitting area with a magnificent view of the lake.

The new swimming pool is 4 metres x 9 metres and 140 cm deep, around which there is a solarium with sun loungers and parasols offering a breathtaking view of the lake and the town.
