"Bom hotel bom, custo beneficio e tem shuttle gratuito para o aeroporto que é uma grande vantagem em função dos altos preços dos taxis. Infelizmente o pessoa da recepção especialmente uma moça mais nova, nao sei o nome, está no lugar errado. Extremamente estupida e impaciente. Recomendo ao hotel rever esses procedimentos que denigre reputação do hotel. No mais super recomendo. Tem um cafe da manhã fantástico. Parabéns"
