"Travelers looking for a decently-equipped kitchen and a couple of bedrooms will be pretty happy with this property. It seems recently renovated; everything was in great shape and had most of the amenities you'd expect -- beach and parking tags, most kitchen equipment, nice-sized TV, and plenty of seating.
Our only real issue, and not under the host's control, was the scarcity of parking. At the time of our visit, several nearby houses were being renovated and often half a dozen work trucks...

"the location was nice in that you can see the water, the house is in need of updates. there was a stale smoke smell, paint cans in one of the bathrooms that were dangerous if a child got into them. the bedrooms were comfortable and served the group. The central air was barely working. There were no beach towels as the org listing stated when I booked. NIce coffee shop and breakfast in walking distance."

"This was easily one of the best vacation rentals my party has ever stayed in! It was spotlessly clean, and we never heard noise from any of the surrounding units that were occupied. The large windows let in great natural lighting, and the space is laid out in a way that our party of 9 never felt cramped. "Felt like the bare minimum was done for this property. Communication from owner was minimal. Before checking in we had received two different checking codes and the wrong WiFi information . No instruction about how the house functioned (trash days, what to do with linen on checkout, how to work pool/hot tub). The trash cans outside were overflowing from the previous renters.
