The villa features a very comfortable and luxurious furnishing, including a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, which is solely for decoration purposes. The living/dining room has an exit leading to the garden and terrace. Additionally, there is a kitchen/living room area equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. This kitchen/living room also has an exit leading to the garden. The ground floor also includes a shower room with a bidet and a toilet. On the upper second floor, you will find a double bedroom with an exit leading to a balcony, and another room with two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. There is also a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet on this floor.
