Entering we find ourselves directly in the living area with an open space consisting of a living room with a comfortable white leather sofa, a large kitchen equipped with every comfort, a dining area, and a large terrace equipped with tables and sofas, where you can comfortably dine and relax. Next, we find a first full bathroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bathroom.

From both rooms, you can enjoy a splendid view of the Grand Canal that will allow you to admire the historic Venetian regatta.
