Located less than a minute from Piazza San Marco, the apartment offers refined and functional spaces to accommodate up to 4 people. It offers:

• An elegant bathroom with aquamarine shower
• A bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed and wall-mounted TV
• A kitchen equipped with an oven, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and dining table for four people
Thanks to the air conditioning system in the bedroom and living room and the efficient heating, the apartment is perfect both in summer and winter. The modern and minimalist furnishings create a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploration.

The location:
For those who want to sleep near Piazza San Marco in Venice, the location is simply unbeatable. The apartment is located in Calle Frezzeria, one of the most prestigious and central areas of the city. Surrounded by luxury boutiques and historic buildings, the accommodation is hidden in a quiet and silent street, away from the noise but just a few steps from the heart of the city.

House rules:
Guests are asked to behave in an environmentally friendly manner.

For safety reasons, we ask you to close all windows before leaving the house, and not to leave the front door open.

Smoking in the house is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.

Guests are asked to leave the apartment tidy and without damage.

Check in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Check out time is by 10:00 AM
In case of no notice, after 6:00 PM the reservation will be considered NO SHOW, in case of a delay previously notified, late check in will be evaluated based on our availability.

During check-in guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax, equal to € 4.00 per person per night.
A regular receipt will be issued.

The possibility of late check-in will be evaluated based on requests, if positive from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM guests will be asked for the sum of € 30.00 after 10:00 PM € 50.00 will be requested
