The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible by elevator, and features a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, and an additional bathroom with a shower.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.
